Facility is looking for Urology Locum coverage for 3-4 months!

Job Details: 

• 4 to 5 day shifts
• General urology
• Outpatient Clinic
• Office procedures and surgery
• 60 day commitment
• EMR: EPIC

Start Date: End of June

Schedule:

• 8a-5p, night and 24hr call required
• Monday through Friday
• Monday -Thursday are full days
• Friday is a half day

Requirements:

• Board Certified Urology - Required
• WA License - Required. CAN consider IMLC with LOQ in hand. MUST STATE IMLC AT NAME CLEAR. 
• June ongoing availability - Required
• ACLS, BLS, DEA - Required
• Clean background/malpractice - Required to be presented
• Local, no flights - HIGHLY PREFERRED
