Job Details:

• Outpatient clinic
• Average number of patients per day: 22
• Number of physicians in practice: 0
• Mid-level support: 1
• No supervision of other healthcare providers required
• No in-house codes or ED backup expected
• Number of exam rooms: 3 assigned to provider (10 total in practice)
• OB patients per day: 0
• Services available on-site: Laboratory, Radiology
• EMR: Epic
• Emergency supplies available: Defibrillator, Airway
• Practice population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 45–60 days

Start Date:

• September 2025 with ongoing dates tbd

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active Virginia license
• BLS certification

Responsibilities/Skills:

• Adult outpatient medicine (non-ICU/CCU)
• General outpatient pediatric care
• Pelvic exams / Pap smears
• Suturing of minor lacerations
• Incision & Drainage (I&D)
